How to access, correct, or delete data under CCPA, GDPR, and similar laws.
Overview
Depending on where you live, you may have legal rights over personal information we or a business using MTScheduling hold about you. This page explains what those rights generally are and how to use them. It supplements, and doesn't replace, our Privacy Policy.
If You're a Business Owner
You can review, correct, or update your own account information at any time from Settings. If you'd like your account and its data fully closed, contact support@mtscheduling.com - we'll delete your End Recipient information and maintenance/reminder records within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If You're an End Recipient
If you're a customer of a business that uses MTScheduling to send you maintenance reminders, you never create an account with us - the business you work with controls the information in your record. You can stop receiving reminders at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any reminder email, with no need to contact anyone. If you'd like to know what information a specific business has on file about you, or want it corrected or removed, that business is best placed to help you directly - you're also welcome to reach out to support@mtscheduling.com and we'll help coordinate.
State-Specific Rights
We're based in Florida. If you live in a state with its own comprehensive privacy law - for example, California - that law may give you additional specific rights, such as the right to know what categories of information are held about you or to request deletion, depending on your relationship with the business in question. We aim to honor legitimate requests consistent with applicable law; this page is a plain-language summary, not legal advice about your specific rights.
How to Exercise These Rights
Email support@mtscheduling.com with your request. If it concerns a specific business's records about you as an End Recipient, let us know which business, and we'll help connect your request to them.
