Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and how it's used - for your account and the customers you add.
Overview
Effective September 4, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how A&Q Management Solutions LLC ("MTScheduling," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information through the MTScheduling application - a service sold to business owners ("Customers," "you") to schedule and track maintenance for their own customers ("End Recipients") and automatically remind those End Recipients by email when maintenance is due. We're based in Tampa, Florida, and can be reached at support@mtscheduling.com.
Who This Policy Covers
This policy covers two kinds of people: business owners and their team members, who create an account and log in to use MTScheduling; and End Recipients, the business owner's own customers, who never create an account or log in and only receive the reminders the business owner has configured - with the ability to opt out at any time.
Information From Account Holders
From account holders, we collect account information (name, email, password stored hashed, business name, timezone), subscription information for paid accounts, basic profile information from Google if you sign in that way (never your Google password, and never access to your Gmail, contacts, or calendar), team information (role, invited emails, invitation status), and ordinary usage data like login timestamps.
Information About End Recipients
About End Recipients, entered by the business owner: name, email, phone number, mailing address, notes, and reminder preference - entered individually or uploaded in bulk by CSV. Also maintenance records (what's being maintained, due dates, completion history, and price/cost figures visible only to the business owner and admins), reminder and review-request delivery history, and opt-out records. We don't knowingly collect information directly from End Recipients, except the opt-out action itself, which they perform themselves.
How We Use Information
We use this information to operate the core service - creating accounts, storing your data, computing due dates, and sending reminders and, where a business turns them on, review-request emails - to let you test that reminders are configured correctly, to secure the service (verifying webhook authenticity, rate-limiting abuse), to communicate with you about your account, to take payment and enforce plan limits, and to screen out disposable email addresses at signup. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use End Recipient data for advertising.
Data Retention
Data retention: cancelling a paid subscription doesn't delete anything - a cancelled account simply returns to the Free plan with all its data intact. When an account is closed entirely, we delete the business's End Recipient information, maintenance, reminder, and review-request records, and the logins of everyone on its team. The account owner can do this at any time from Settings, and it takes effect immediately; or you can ask us to do it by emailing support@mtscheduling.com, and we'll complete it within 30 days. Payment records (amounts, dates, and subscription history) are held by Stripe, our payment provider, under its own legal record-keeping obligations; we don't keep a separate copy in the app after an account is closed. See our Data Retention & Deletion page for the details, including the third-party providers' own retention periods.
Opt-Outs
An End Recipient can stop reminders at any time - no account needed - by clicking the unsubscribe link in any reminder email. That opt-out is a hard block, checked every time a reminder is about to be sent, and takes precedence over the business owner's settings until it's deliberately reversed by the business owner (owner/admin only) using an explicit "Resume" control shown alongside the opt-out's history.
Access Controls
Access to each business's data is restricted to that business's own account holders through database-level access controls, not just the application. A limited, read-only internal channel exists for aggregate business metrics used to operate and support the service; it cannot see individual End Recipients' names, emails, phone numbers, or addresses.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Business owners can correct or delete most End Recipient information directly within the app. We're based in Florida, whose primary relevant law is the Florida Information Protection Act, governing how we respond to a data breach. If any of your End Recipients live in a state with its own privacy law, such as California, that law may separately apply to their information based on where they live.
Children's Privacy
MTScheduling is a business tool and isn't directed at children. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time; whenever we do, we update the effective date above, and for a material change we'll also email account holders at least 30 days before it takes effect.
