Terms of Service
PublishedUpdated September 30, 2026
The rules for using MTScheduling as a business owner.
Overview
Effective September 4, 2026. These Terms govern access to and use of MTScheduling (the "Service"), provided by A&Q Management Solutions LLC ("we," "us," "our"), based in Tampa, Florida. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
What MTScheduling Is
MTScheduling is a business tool that lets a business owner ("Customer," "you") track recurring and one-off maintenance for their own customers ("End Recipients") and automatically send those End Recipients email reminders when maintenance is due and, if the Customer turns it on, a thank-you email after a completed job asking for a review. Only business owners and the team members they invite log into the Service - End Recipients never create accounts or log in, and can opt out of reminders at any time.
Accounts & Eligibility
Accounts and eligibility: you must provide accurate information and keep your login confidential, whether you sign up with an email and password or with a Google account. You must provide your name and a permanent email address - we don't accept temporary or disposable addresses. Passwords must meet the strength requirements shown when you set them. You're responsible for activity under your account, including your invited team members' actions. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. The Service is intended for businesses located in the United States and Canada, and for End Recipients located in the United States and Canada. We don't offer it to businesses or End Recipients in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, and you agree not to use it for them; we haven't designed it to meet the data-protection laws of those regions or any other country outside the United States and Canada, and we may suspend access where we believe it's being used in a way it wasn't designed for.
Team Members & Roles
Team members and roles: an account owner may invite Admins or Staff. Admins have the same access as the owner except that only the owner may start, change, or cancel a paid subscription. Staff have access limited to maintenance work assigned to them, and can't view pricing, cost figures, or business settings. The number of team members an account may have is limited by its plan.
Acceptable Use
Acceptable use - you agree not to: send reminders to anyone who isn't an actual, consenting customer of your business (and, if you email customers in Canada, you're responsible for having the consent Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation requires, which can differ from the United States); use the test-reminder feature to message anyone who hasn't already given you their contact information; import contact information you don't have the right to collect and use; re-enable a reminder channel for a customer who's opted out without their renewed consent; attempt to access another business's data or circumvent the Service's security; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the customer, maintenance, and business data you enter ("Your Data"). You're solely responsible for its accuracy, for having the right to collect and store your customers' personal information, and for obtaining any consent required before we send reminders on your behalf.
Third-Party Providers
The Service relies on third-party providers to function, including Supabase (data storage and authentication), Resend (email delivery), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (subscription payments), Google (optional sign-in, and Spanish-language reminder translation for Pro accounts that turn that on), and, where enabled, Sentry (error monitoring) and Upstash (rate-limiting). We aren't responsible for outages or failures of these providers, though we'll make reasonable efforts to work around them.
Reminders & Opt-Outs
Reminders are sent once daily based on the due dates and timing you configure. An End Recipient can stop reminders at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any reminder email - this switches off their reminders automatically and keeps a timestamped record of the opt-out. You're responsible for having the necessary consent to email each of your customers in the first place, and for honoring opt-outs on an ongoing basis.
Billing & Plans
Billing and plans: every account starts on the Free plan; two paid Pro plans are available - Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly, billed monthly or annually respectively. Plan limits are enforced - once you reach a limit, further additions of that type are refused until you're under the limit or upgraded, but nothing you've already entered is ever deleted, hidden, or disabled. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance for the billing period you choose through Stripe; we never receive or store your full card details. The price shown at checkout is the price you're charged, with no sales tax currently added. If we ever raise the price of a plan you're subscribed to, we'll email you at least 60 days before it takes effect, with a reminder at 30 days.
Cancellation
You may cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for, with no cancellation fees, no minimum term, and no refunds for partial periods. Cancelling returns your account to the Free plan without deleting any of Your Data. If a renewal payment fails, your account is flagged as past due and you're notified in the app; if the subscription is ultimately cancelled for non-payment, your account simply returns to the Free plan - a failed payment never suspends or blocks your access to the Service.
Termination
Termination: we may suspend or terminate an account for violating the Acceptable Use terms above, for fraudulent or illegal activity, or for other actions that cause genuine harm to the Service, other account holders, or End Recipients. A missed or failed payment is never, on its own, grounds for suspension or termination. If an account is terminated, we handle its data the same way as a voluntary account closure, described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that reminders will always be delivered - email delivery depends on third-party providers and factors outside our control, such as a recipient's email provider filtering a message or an invalid email address.
Governing Law & Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms from time to time; for a material change, we'll email the account owner at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
